Beautiful antique brass oil jars.

These particular style jars are used to store oil and ghee…. staples in all Indian cooking. 

Wide cylinder shape with beautiful domed lids and sturdy handles, they make interesting statement items on a console or shelf, and are easily used as large vases for big palm leaf displays! 

Each piece, although similar, has lovely individual features such as the previous owners names engraved along the top, or different handle shapes.
