Incense and Devotion
I have burned incense daily for decades. From the casual stick in a pot plant, to the altar-of-all-things-glorious where I can have a mindful moment of gratitude and reflection.
It has been a delight to explore India, with its beautiful spiritual and religious practices, and immerse myself in collecting the many beautiful tools and vessels used in these practices....and now build a relationship with a reputable incense wallah family, to bring home some beautiful scents too!
Please enjoy this carefully curated collection of antique sinhasan (altars), ghanta (bells), diyas (oil lamps), and lotas (pots for holding blessed water) which are used in temples throughout India, as well as in devout homes for daily puja.
