I go through stages of collecting these…
Beautiful brass flat-bottomed sieves, traditionally used to sift pebbles etc from grains.
These are heavy and solid, and have such beautiful patina…. they also make great fruit bowls or look lovely hanging.
Pieces are similar with unique details such as names engraved on the side, or patterned holes, or handbeaten brass detailing.
