Antique rosewater bottles

A carefully curated selection of lovely attar dani, or rosewater bottles.

Traditionally these bottles held fragrant attar, which was gently sprinkled upon guests when they entered a home as a gesture of welcome. 

The beautiful shaped bottles unscrew at the neck, and have small holes at the head to dispense the fragrance.

They are an integral part of Indian culture dating from the Mughal era, and look beautiful as a display grouped together.
