Vintage brass lantern

A wonderful ornate, hanging brass jaali lantern, with fabulous arched windows and a wide octagonal shape. 

This piece has a fantastic sculptural shape and will look beautiful as a pendant, or could be used as a lantern with a candle or a light, (once wired in)

NB: it does not have an ‘door’, meaning the base needs to be unscrewed if you wish to place a candle inside. 

I spied this beauty hanging from a very high ceiling in a factory and asked for it to be taken down !
